Please note our first treatment includes consultation and treatment same day, if you are not a good candidate for treatment or decide not to go with treatment we refund the full amount minus $55+tax consultation fee but if you go with treatment and pay for it same day we do waive the consultation fee. All sales are final and non refundable once purchased online unless we determine you are not good candidate for treatment. Please note we require 48 hours to reschedule appointments within business hours Monday to Friday 10 a.m -7 p.m, if you fail to give notice within that time frame the deposit paid will not be refundable.
